Want to join us, expenses paid, at Moab for Easter Jeep Safari 2006? Tell us your favorite 'wheeling destination.
By now, you've likely read our "50 Favorite Wheeling Destinations" in this month's newsstand-only "Where to Wheel" glovebox guide. Now, we want to hear from you.
Specifically, we want to learn about your favorite 'wheeling spot-be it a trail, a complex of trails, an ORV park, whatever. Tell us how you discovered the place, how many years you've been four-wheeling there, and what makes it so special for you. Be sure to include any information you'd like to share with our readers about it-where it is, how to get there, and any spots of scenic or historic interest that make the trip more memorable. Are there other great things to do there in addition to four-wheeling? Camping, hunting, fishing, hiking? Let us know. If you have some photos of your favorite spot that you'd like to share, by all means send them in.
First, check out the rules on page 129 to make sure you're eligible for our contest. Then take a few moments to fill out this form. If you'd rather type your essay on a separate sheet of paper, or you need additional pages, feel free to use them-just attach them to the entry form when you send everything in. Over the next three months, we'll collect all of your entries. At the end of the contest period, we'll publish the ones we feel best typify the four-wheeling life, and those lucky winners will each receive $100 and a byline in Four Wheeler. We'll also select one Grand Prize winner, who will receive an expenses-paid trip for two to Moab, Utah, to join us for a week of four-wheeling fun at Easter Jeep Safari 2006. We'll fly you to Utah, put you up in a hotel, and give you the ride of your life on some of Moab's most challenging trails. And there's always the chance you might get to drive too.
To attend Easter Jeep Week next year, you will need to be available the week of April 9-16, 2006. Be sure to include some contact information below-address, phone, or e-mail address-in case we need to get in touch with you about your entry. Good luck!
