TST Products has released a new PowerMaxCR add-on computer for the common-rail Cummins. The PowerMaxCR changes injection timing and duration to achieve power and economy gains. This new unit has on-the-fly power adjustment features that allow nine power settings in 20+ horsepower steps to 200 extra horsepower at 2,900 rpm and nine torque settings in 60+ lb-ft steps to 600 lb-ft extra torque at 1,700 rpm. The PowerMaxCR is available with or without built-in gauges that monitor boost and automatically control exhaust gas temperature.
