Kentucky 4x4 Outback Adventure Park - Mountain Music
This obstacle is called The Stairs, and it's one of the park's most challenging obstacles. While it may not look all that difficult, we can assure you it is a handful. As a matter of fact, of the seven rigs we watched attempt this obstacle, only two made it. The other five suffered driveline breakage. The rock ledges are naturally placed so that both your front and rear tires contact at the same time, forcing drivers to use axle-busting momentum. Plus, there's enough of an incline so that attempting to climb it at an angle isn't a good idea due to the potential of rolling over. Once the stairs are defeated, drivers are faced with a tall rock obstacle. This is a creepy obstacle because it forces you to climb at an off-camber angle and then quickly head uphill before you go wheels-up.
