Journalists and Jeepers mingled at Animas Forks. For the most part, the Jeepers were in well-built TJ Wranglers, with a few JKs thrown in for good measure. We journalists drove bone-stock JKs, along with a Grand Cherokee or two. Bone-stock or well-built, the Jeeps took to the trails with the capability they are known for. It's more than hype or an image: "Trail Rated" has the substance to back up the sticker. Jeep Jamboree trails are selected with a Trail Rated bone-stock Jeep in mind. Some routes are tougher than others, but if you're willing to listen to the trail guides, they'll get you and your bone-stock Jeep to the trail's end.
