The 6th Annual Pit Bull Mud Bash

Tucked in the backwoods of Bloomsdale, Missouri, are some of the best muddy fields the Midwest has to offer. For six years now Jeremy Naeger, owner of Custom Differentials, has teamed up with Pit Bull Tires to create one of the largest and most fun-filled mud events inside the Show Me State. Appropriately named the Pit Bull Mud Bash, this daylong fall event is open to any and all 4x4 enthusiasts.

Since playing in the mud is usually more forgiving on body panels than rockcrawling is, we tend to see more full-bodied and classic vehicles bogging through the pits. This classic war wagon was heavily modified from top to bottom, but still retained much of the timeless Dodge appearance.

No matter whether you're looking to see how that bone-stock pickup plays in the dirt or if those new rice and cane tractor tires were worth the investment, there's a pit for you inside the gates. You can even win a little dough if you're brave enough to try to conquer one of the property's untamed competition-only pits.

Don't have a truck? No problem. The property is extremely spectator-friendly. Between the manmade competition rockcrawl area, multiple pits, live music, and spaghetti wrestling, there is plenty to keep you entertained. Getting stuck is all part of playing in the pit. Luckily, a few pieces of heavy equipment were on hand to give you a yank when you needed it.
