Mud isn’t normal, but it can be fun. Gary Zimms of Berlin, Oklahoma, drives his ’90 YJ on its side up a gooey ravine in Buzzard Canyon. He runs a 350 on propane with a TH400 and a 5:1 Atlas II transfer case. Zimms welded both the 60 front and 14-bolt rear axles to spin the 4.56 gears. Full hydro steering point the 42-inch Iroks in the right direction.
