4th Annual All Jeep Show - Jeff Daniels Jeep ShowPosted in Events on March 25, 2008 Comment (0)
We got word of a free Jeep show back East, and since nothing back East is free, we were skeptical to say the least. After looking into it, we found out that Jeff Daniels Jeep Customizing in Harleysville, Pennsylvania, really was putting on a Jeep show that was not only free to enter, but free for spectators, as well.
This past September 22, we were there for the Fourth annual All Jeep Show. Jeff and Dan of Jeff Daniels Jeeps open their doors once a year to anyone who wants to come, and the vibe of the show is like these guys invited you to hang out at their garage. Yeah, you and about 800 other people. We don't know how many people or Jeeps were really there, but it was a big show by eastern standards-especially for one put on privately.
If you've got a Jeep, or like Jeeps, this isthe show for you to check out. There are 19 categories being judged, so your Jeep will fit in somewhere. If you are just coming to look at the Jeeps, with that many categories, you can be assured that, no matter what kind of Jeep you like, there will be some of that model there for you to ogle.
This year, the obstacle course was shut down due to insurance concerns, but there were so many other things going on that it really wasn't an issue at all. If you are planning on attending in 2008, keep in mind that this is a one-day show, starting at noon, and going until dark, with a fireworks show to end the festivities.
