Jack Nelson of Farmington, New Mexico, had his '06 TJ Rubicon built to be as low as possible and still capable of tackling the trails around his home. With 1-inch of body lift and 21/2 inches of suspension thanks to a TnT Customs dual-triangulated four-link kit, he clears the 315/70R17 (35-inch) Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ tires. The front Dana 44 was pushed forward about 1-inch and the rear Dana 44 was pushed back 11/2 inches, along with relocated springs and shocks for a 96-inch wheelbase. A Gen-Right gas tank clears the relocated rear axle. TnT Customs rockers, tube fenders, and bumpers provide protection and support a Warn PowerPlant winch out front.
