We caught this ’97 Wrangler going up one of the waterfalls on the Shedder trail. It belongs to Eric and Lorey Beard of Washington, Utah, with Eric doing the piloting. The stock inline-six is still under the hood bolted to the 32RH 3-speed auto but that’s where the stock ends. A 4.3:1 Atlas II hands power off to the front and rear Dana 60s, both stuffed with ARB Air Lockers and 4.88 gears. Wheelbase is stretched out to 100 inches thanks to a Rock Krawler stretch kit with GenRight Off Road armor and gas tank. The 7 inches of lift paves the way for the 37-inch General Grabbers wrapped around 17x9 Eagle Alloys.
