Do’h!!! Busted steering knuckle. No spare this time, so out came the welder again. The knuckle was heated, welded-on, reinforced with some scrap strap steel, and finally the caliper mount was unbolted, rotated around, and welded to the arm as well. The line to the caliper was clamped off, and the Jeep ran and drove on three brakes for the remainder of this day and the next.
