1908 Jeep Cj

Marc Bryson of Woods Cross, Utah, is an Information Technology guy by day and a crazy Jeep nut by night. We have seen his MB grille-clad ’80 CJ before on the streets of Moab and wanted to get a closer look at it. The swap is so clean it looks simple, but apparently putting that grille under that YJ hood was not nearly as easy as it seems. Marc’s CJ is definitely something anyone could build slowly over time. It’s our kind of Jeep with just enough original flair and just enough customization to work well. Highlights include a high-mileage junkyard Chevy TBI 350, 4:1 TeraLow gears in the Dana 300, one-ton axles, and 38-inch MT/Rs. Look for a full feature on this rig in an upcoming issue of Jp.
