Another amazing weekend at Redneck yacht Club in Punta Gorda, FL. is in the books. If you're a fan of anything off-road this is the place for you. The mud pits are some of the nastiest holes in the south and we saw at least 4 snapped driveshafts within the first hour of being there. The thick mud at the venue is extremely unforgiving so be sure your rig is built right before jumping in the deep end. If you want to know how much power your truck has in the mud, bring it the RYC and let's see what you got! For now, check out these pics of our picks for the top 10 trucks at Redneck Yacht Club!
This buggy takes the top spot because the driver is one of the most hardcore mudders we know. Wendel Guy from Auburndale, FL. built this rig at his shop Weasel Buggies and 4x4's to show everyone how badass a buggy can be when its built right! We will have some video of this rig coming soon to our youtube page www.YouTube.com/MudLifeMagazine
Easily one of the baddest rigs at the park, this Chevy known as YETI isn't afraid to head right towards the deepest hole in the park.
The long trip from Ohio was well worth it for the crew at Burtons Kreative Motorwerks. They ripped this truck all over the park without breaking anything all weekend.
The FSU buggy was not afraid to get muddy which proves that they are built for more than hunting. Chris and Craig are brothers that both went to Florida State so they are proud fans. After Mike Cox originally built the buggy, they had Anthony's Welding add a few upgrades that will let this rig go over any terrain.
Possibly the coolest VW Bug ever built.
Never question this guys love for mud. Ian will bury his Chevy anywhere in the country if theres enough people willing to show up and watch. Hard Log Life is one of the top trucks in the mega-truck scene and we love watching it bog.

Everyone loves a square-body Chevy, especially when it's front wheels are 10-feet in the air. That's exactly how the driver of Hooked like to race his rig.
This guys came all the way from Michigan to see what Redneck Yacht Club has to offer. We are going to return the favor in August with a tip to their hometown event. Hope to see you there!
We're not sure who owned this Dodge but he drive like a badass and his rig is built to take the abuse. We were impressed by the power this rig had and he really knew how to control the power in the deep Florida mud.
