The stout front bumper on Stan's 6x6 is custom built by John Godwin. The beefy frontend houses a Mile Marker hydraulic winch. Stan relies on KC-HiLites Hilighters driving lights and on his rack he uses 100-watt KC HiLites off-road lights.

Stan protects the seats in his Dodge with Okole Neoprene seat covers. The carpet was removed from the cab's floor. Instead it's protected by a layer of Line-X and some rubber mats. The gauge cluster is unchanged except for the addition of an inclinometer.

Stan dropped the spring towers up front, adding links with 3/4-inch rod-end joints and a Panhard bar. The axle is a 2 1/2-ton Rockwell. Bilstein shocks cushion the front end. A heavy-duty AGR steering pump is complemented by an extra cooler, partly because it does double duty powering the rig's hydraulic winch.

A pair of chunky 2 1/2-ton Rockwell axles get spin to the four rear wheels. The stock Dodge rear frame section was reinforced with several crossmembers and accommodates a five-link coil suspension. Total elevation is 10 inches. Spent gases exit through a pair of Flowmaster mufflers. Four Rancho 9000 shocks pad the rear.
