The Livingood Trail-T and a buddy. The 1919 Model T roadster pickup on the left is equipped with a snowmobile conversion. These bolt-on kits were built in West Ossipe, New Hampshire, after about 1923. The conversion fitted tracks to the rear and skis to the front. For summer, the kit could be removed for normal driving. With wheels up front and the tracks in back, you could get around during mud season as well. View Related Article
