A Warn 16.5ti winch is mounted under the bed to allow Stanko to get out of whatever trouble he might get into. The fairlead and hook are mounted behind the license plate and the spool of cable is accessed through a hinged panel in the bed. Also note the backup camera above the receiver hitch.

The front axle is a Dynatrac high-pinion Dana 60 loaded with 35-spline axleshafts, an ARB Air Locker, and 4.56:1 gears. Note the Off Road Unlimited hydraulic-assist steering that runs off the factory hydroboost, and the excellent geometry of the drag link and Panhard bar.

The rear suspension uses Atlas 6 1/2-inch leaf springs coupled with 2 3/4-inch lift blocks and 12-inch-travel remote-reservoir King shocks. Also visible is the Off Road Unlimited aluminum differential cover that increases fluid capacity and cooling.

The front axle is located by a four-link suspension with laser-cut, dimple-dyed brackets. King 10-inch-travel coilovers are used with 400 lb/in over 500 lb/in coil springs and King hydraulic bumpstops to smooth out the ride. The truck has a Speedway Engineering sway bar, but Stanko finds it unnecessary, even on the street.
