Back in the April '09 issue of Four Wheeler, we trotted out 55 Top Truck Challenge 2009 candidates and we asked you to vote for the ones you wished to see compete in this year's TTC thrashfest in Hollister Hills, California. You responded in a big way, and we were deluged with ballots.
Congratulations on selecting a stout, fascinating, wide range of rigs. Over the next several pages, we'll unveil who you elected into TTC 2009. We'll give you the technical details of each vehicle and even show you the driver and co-driver of each rig (after all, these rigs don't drive themselves).
Take a good long look at these rigs, because it's probably the last time you'll see them this clean and undamaged. In next month's issue, we'll detail each competitor's performance in all seven mind- (and metal) bending TTC events. You'll learn what went right and what went wrong for each competitor in each event. Can't wait?
