The wizards at TNT Automotive in Meadow Vista, California, worked their machine work magic on the 454 big-block. This bored and TBI-topped engine has custom headers, 51/2-inch semi-truck exhaust stacks, a K&N air filter, Painless wiring, a Howe aluminum radiator and a pair of Optima batteries. Power is routed through a modified heavy-duty TH400 trans (with auxiliary cooler, reverse valve body, and shift kit) to an Atlas 4.3 transfer case where the torque is split to the axles via J. E.
