Casper painted the Durango Hunter Green and white with custom flames, and then figured there was no reason to destroy his work, so he fabbed and installed a custom exocage. This 'cage has an integrated stinger, winch mount, rock sliders, and light tabs. The winch is a Warn M12000, and the lights are from Light Force. The rig rolls on 47-inch Pitbull Growlers mounted to custom re-centered Hummer H1 wheels.

1998 Dodge Durango Rear Axle
Simple can be good. Out back, Casper kept things basic, but he added some stoutness. He swapped in a beefy Detroit-locked GM 14-bolt axle and a pair of Dodge 1/2-ton, 6-inch-lift Superlift leaf springs with Pro Comp ES9000 shocks.

The mall-friendly IFS has been replaced by a flexy, custom multi-link/F-O-A remote-reservoir coilover setup. This system locates a Ford high-pinion Dana 60 with 5.38 cogs, Yukon axleshafts, and a Detroit Locker. Naturally, the steering system has also been enhanced with custom heavy-duty linkage and hydraulic assist.

1998 Dodge Durango Interior
Things are pretty cushy in the Durango's cabin. Casper and his passengers sit on the factory leather seats and Casper grasps a Grant steering wheel while gazing over Speedhut gauges emblazoned with his company's logo and a flame pattern that matches the rig's exterior design. Also inside the rig is a B&M shifter, Cobra CB radio and JVC audio system.

1998 Dodge Durango Engine
Under the hood is a 429ci Ford V-8 topped with an Edelbrock intake and 750cfm carb. Other engine goodies include a Flowmaster exhaust, MSD ignition, Painless Dual Battery Control System, and a pair of Optima YellowTop batteries. Power is sent downstream to a C6 transmission before it's routed to the axles via a Borg-Warner 13-45 transfer case.
