A proper solid-axle swap demands quality fabrication, and Kyle’s conversion on his is one of the cleanest we’ve seen. The front hanger bracket and shackles along with all the steering components are made from 4140 steel. Much of the machine work was performed by friend Dave Venti at Grizzly Installations. The Dana 60 is loaded with 5.13:1 gears and a Detroit, while 8-inch Skyjacker packs and dual Ranchos make for a smooth ride and plentiful articulation. View Related Article
