Salvaged 'RunnerMichael Pizzo submitted this image of his brother's '94 Ford Ranger he purchased for $1,350 last December. When his brother first got it home, it didn't look like much. With major body damage, the truck was in desperate need of some TLC. Since then, the brothers have added custom I-beams in front, Bilstein 5150 rear shocks, Hannemann fiberglass fenders, a Flowmaster muffler, and Hedman headers. On top of all that, they plan to add a set of 16-inch King shocks to the rear of the truck along with a custom-made rear shock hoop. This has turned out to be a great project for them. We love hearing about people's hard work turning into great off-road rides.

Bronko International PrerunnerFrancisco Lopex of Juarez, Mexico, is part of the Bronko International race team and recently sent us a few photos of the team's '93 Ford Ranger prerunner. This truck is used as an actual prerunner for the team's race truck, having logged many miles all over the Baja courses throughout the year. It's running a 302ci 5.0L V8 engine, custom I-beams, fiberglass fenders, 33x12.5R15 BFGoodrich M-T tires, and a set of 4.10 ring-and-pinion gears stuffed into a Ford 8.8-inch rearend. The races have been tough on the team this year, but they are holding their own with a few strong finishes. See you guys in Baja!

When in Doubt, Smash the GasDanny Buhain of Oxnard, California, is no stranger to pushing the limits of his '90 Toyota 4Runner 4x4. During a recent outing with his friends, he launched his ride off a sand dune at Pismo Beach, California. On his truck you'll find 33x12.5R15 BFG M-T tires, a Downey 3-inch lift kit, Rancho RS9000 shocks, and Warn manual locking hubs. He will be adding larger 35-inch tires soon as well as performing a full solid-axle swap. Be careful on those jumps with that straight axle underneath your ride, Danny.
