Originally, I figured since I had decent ground clearance, the factory locker in the rear, and good tires, I could get around no problem. Getting stuck in San Felipe and then having to keep the throttle pinned to make it through some other tough spots convinced me I needed more travel. I beat the snot out of the Fabtech kit and it held up, but I knew it wasn't designed for the high-speed abuse I was giving it.
