The rear end is a Currie 9-inch stuffed with 35-spline axles, spool and 5.14:1 gears. Powertrain Industries custom made the driveshaft to fit the kit specifications. Rear suspension includes Currie leaf springs and Bilstein shocks. Travel is limited to 11.75 inches and raises the rear of the truck 3.5 inches. Currie also upgraded the rear brakes to disc for extra stopping power.
