The low-back seats are original pieces that were partially reupholstered by The Upholstery Guy in Chino Valley, Arizona. They are vintage Bostrom big rig seats that use an internal steel spring suspension to provide some vertical cushion for driver and passenger. The armrests were added by the Stroppe fabricators. They are Ford DeTomaso Pantera headrests that were discarded from the Stroppe shop where they serviced and modified the sports cars 40 years ago. For safety reasons, Mastercraft 3G seats were used during the 2010 race, and both harnesses have been upgraded with new Mastercraft sets.
