Unlike desert racing trucks, the tube work is left minimal. Cody painted all surfaces to minimize maintenance requirements. Various sizes of chromoly tubing were utilized throughout the truck to stiffen the chassis, provide a margin of safety, and mount the fiberglass fenders and suspension components. The triangulated suspension design front and rear and low ride height combine to provide excellent stability, even without sway bars. The shock valving in the Fox coilovers has been optimized for the truck as well.
