I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thanks to all you readers out there who help make this magazine the best it could be, month after month. In a time when print (newspapers, digests, magazines, etc.) is generally losing allure, OFF-ROAD magazine is happy, blessed, and thankful to actually be growing in popularity and finding its way into the hands of more off-road enthusiasts.
It’s been a struggle, and we definitely saw some lower points over the last few years as the economy dropped, but we’ve been on a small but steady increase in readership for some time now, and we’re betting on continuing this trend.
Hopefully, we’re bringing you just what you want to see, and doing the things you want us to do. I must admit that we try our damnedest to get out the best magazine we can to you every month, but we always feel like there could be a little more with some extra help from readers. Is there an off-road area you want to see featured? What about a certain type of vehicle? We’re always happy to read or hear any suggestions that you may want to give us, as knowing what you want to see can only make a better magazine for you to read!
If you have any suggestions or comments, please write in to email@example.com and let us know what you want to see in your next issue of OFF-ROAD.
This month, we got a chance to see a real treat—the Big Oly replica Trophy Truck. No only that, but Parnelli Jones himself came to meet up with us and owner Marshal Madruga for the photoshoot. On top of that, we also got to check out Jason Smith’s BBR Chevy daily driver, and experienced a ride-along with a professional race team to see how the big boys do it. Check out what it’s like to spend a few days with the McMillin team in their quest for racing domination.
