Long Haul Bow Tie

Chassis: Stock hydroformed GM frame rails
Engine: LB7 Duramax turbo diesel, AFE air filter, Optima batteries, Edge Hot Juice programmer, So Cal Diesel tuning
Drivetrain: Allison transmission, ATS torque convertor, ATS transmission pan, Amsoil transmission oil, polished aluminum rear driveshaft, 14-bolt rear differential, Oasis cover, Amsoil gear oil
Suspension: Front RCD 6-inch lift, RCD lower control arm drop brackets and steering knuckles, fabricated chromoly upper control arms with uniballs and dual shock mounts, fabricated shock hoops, custom sway bar links, Deaver leaf springs in the rear, 5,000-pound air bags, long shackles, Bilstien 7100 reservoir shocks, dual ProComp Explorer ES9000 shocks
Steering: PSC power steering pump, 0.75 in. Heim joint tie rods
Brakes: Powerslot rotors and Hawk pads
Tires/Wheels: 35X12.5R20 Federal Couragia tires on 20 x 10 Moto Metal 951 wheels with 4.5 in. BS Gorilla lugs and Slime sealant
Interior: Tan Leather, Kenwood 7100 Navigation system, Alpine head unit with 800W amp in the rear, pair of 10-inch MTX dual voice coil subwoofers in a box behind the seat and a 1000-watt amp, air gauge, Edge display, Mexican blanket in back for the dogs
Other parts: RCD skid plate, HID headlights and fog lights, T-Rex one piece grill, powder coated Anthracite by Master Coatings with added spikes to scare little children, smoothed and painted bumper cover, Solid front sway bar, AMP research running boards, Viair 450 compressor with 7-gallon air supply tank, air horn of course! Color-matched Escalade door and tailgate handles as well as door mirrors, Titan 52-gallon fuel tank with skid, Bedrug, Softopper canvas collapsible shell, brake light under tailgate, two backup cameras, full size spare, tinted windows and windshield, slightly tinted taillights, 4-inch turbo-back stainless steel exhaust with 6-inch RBP tip in front of rear tire.
Favorite off-road area: Glamis, Dumont Dunes, Sand Mountain, Nevada, Jawbone—even Pismo in the summer.


Baja Cruiser

Drivetrain: Five-speed A750F automatic, VF2A T-case, limited slip rear with 3.73 gears
Suspension: Bilstein 5100 shocks in the front, Bilstein 5160 shocks in the rear
Steering: Stock

Tires/Wheels: 285/75R16 BFGoodrich All Terrains on 16-inch TRD wheels
Interior: Kenwood two-way radio

Favorite off-road area: “Baja 500 race course. I’ve been all the way down Baja to Cabo San Lucas and never miss a race in Baja.”
