The stock front 10-bolt axle has been replaced with a far superior Dana 60. This axle has a DIY4X diff cover, Yukon 4.56 gears, Warn manual hubs, and Yukon chromoly 35-spline axleshafts. It’s fed by a High Angle Driveline driveshaft. The steering system consists of a stock 2WD-application steering box and an Offroad Design crossover and high-steer system and pitman arm. The suspension is simple and reliable. It uses stock-length Deaver Suspension leaf springs that have been fitted with Offroad Design greasable shackles. A pair of Rancho RS9000 shocks and polyurethane bumpstops round out the uncomplicated, yet flexy suspension.
