The rear suspension was designed to match the front lift. Fifty-six-inch-long Superlift spring packs of the 6-inch-lift variety get the truck part way there. To that, Gordy added an ORD shackle flip kit using their 6-inch-long shackles to complete the elevation gain. All the suspension bushings are greasable parts from ORD. Gordy shared with us that parts of the Chevy K2500 frame built for the military trucks have reinforcement plates added in a few locations.
