E1RP001 stands for Expedition One Rat Patrol Vehicle #001. The 57HA stands for 57th Helicopter Ambulance detachment (Dustoff). This unit saw action in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The co-owner of Expedition One, James’ dad, flew dustoff missions in Vietnam as a Captain, U.S. Army. While this doesn’t have anything to do with the LRDG, it pays homage to all who served and adds a personal component for James. TP12 stands for Tire Pressure 12. The scorpion in a wheel with LRDG stands for Long Range Desert Group, a reconnaissance and raiding unit of the British Army during WWII. While it was a British unit, allied soldiers from many countries participated. The U.S. flag, Expedition One, and 4WHEEL DRIVE & SPORT UTILITY MAGAZINE stickers need no explanation.
