Douglas McDonald, who bought this '97 Jeep Wrangler Sahara brand new, has been working on it ever since, transforming it into a mud-slingin' TJ. Once he installed Dana 44 front and rear alloy shafts, an Ox Locker in the rear, and a Detroit Locker in front, the Jeep was ready to take him anywhere. Douglas then added Metal Cloak fenders, aluminum control arms, and 14-inch Fox emulsion shocks in the rear with Fox 2.0 shocks up front. The rear shocks have been frenched into the frame, and a TeraFlex belly skid was added. The Jeep's interior was Rhino-lined, and 35x12.5 15R Pro Comp Mud Terrains tires on Mickey Thompson Classic II wheels finish off this build.
