Anything you would change?: Add a turbo
Anything to add?: I'm only 16 and I built the truck working within my limited budget. Thanks for making a great magazine and I'll be reading for years to come!

Other Doodads: Auto Meter gauges, KC lights
Funniest Wheeling Incident: Getting stuck while trying to cross a creek with a trailer in tow.
Does everything work the way you want?: For the most part, but it needs tractions bars to eliminate the axlewrap.
Anything you would change?: Straight-axle conversion, traction bars, and a supercharger
Anything to add?: Knowing what I know now, I would have been better off starting with a 1-ton diesel.

Cruiser Lover

Funniest Wheeling Incident: Picking up a complete stranger on the trail and then rolling it only minutes after he got in!
Does everything work the way you want?: The rig works great, but it did take seven years of hard work to get it exactly the way I wanted it.
Anything you would change?: Fully hydraulic steering and rear steer
Anything to add?: I (Mandy) submitted this for my boyfriend Justin. He's built an awesome rig, and every time we get on the trail I get to hop in the driver seat and we have a blast!

Send us a picture of your ride if you've never done so. We keep a surplus of Readers' Rides submissions, but only one submission per person, and we love all off-road vehicles so send in your entries whether your rig is stock or not. Make sure each digital image is at least 1,600 by 1,200 pixels (or two megapixels) and saved as a TIFF, EPS, or maximum-quality JPEG file.
