The Willys was powered by a misfiring small-block Chevy and a leaking three-speed automatic tranny, presumably a TH350. The misfire was cured by swapping the Nos. 5 and 7 plug wires and advancing the ignition timing from 20 to 34 degrees total. The Holley carb needed nothing more than an idle-mixture screw adjustment and the accelerator-pump arm tweaked so the squirter would activate faster. The alligator clamp on the battery connected to our portable air compressor.
