Cooked in a wooden smoking box all day, this hog was beyond tasty after a long day of muddin’ in the swamps. There wasn’t much left of the pig afterward, just enough meat on them bones for a week of pulled pork sandwiches. A feast like this is certainly worth a couple of bullets and a few gallons of gasoline.
