Pop the hood and the original four-banger is long gone. It’s been replaced with a Chevy V-8 Police Interceptor engine topped with GM TBI. A Ron Davis aluminum radiator keeps the underhood temps under control, while stacked coolers and double fans help with the power steering and transmission fluid temps. A 200-amp alternator ensures electrical needs are always met. Backing up the small block motor is an Offroad Design doubled NP203/NP205 combo driven with a GM TH350 that’s been beefed up and firmed up with a shift kit.
