Mackie removed 16 inches from the rear of the M715’s frame and 18 inches from the tail of the factory bed. This helps to give the M715 an improved departure angle. The cab and front clip of the truck sit on a Jeep J2500-application body lift that was sourced from Summit Racing and it was installed to create room for the downpipe on the diesel engine. The soft top is original to the truck and the olive drab O.D. green paint was applied by Mackie. The stenciled numbers on the hood are believed to be the original military numbers for the vehicle. The frame-mounted custom rock sliders are made from 1/4-inch-thick, 2x2-inch square tubing. Mounted to a set of 20x9 ATX Series Artillery Teflon-coated wheels are a set of 40x13.50R20 LT Pro Comp Xterrain tires.
