2 The front axle is a full-width, high-pinion Dana 44 out of a ’79 Ford Bronco. Upgrades include 4.56 gears, an ARB Air Locker, Sierra Gear chromoly axleshafts, Warn Premium hubs, and a Ballistic Fabrication diff cover. Steering is handled by an inverted-Y configuration that mates to the factory steering box. The front suspension uses Bilstien 9100 series coilovers with Eibach 250-lb/in coils over 300-lb/in coils and Bilstein air bumps on custom Flexible Fabrication mounts. The coilovers work in conjunction with Ford radius arms that Greg extended 8 inches and converted to a conventional bushing at the frame end.
