We have seen many YJs with stretched wheelbases ranging from the fancy and expensive to ones built around junkyard parts. Like any leaf-sprung Jeep going to spring-over is an option to gain lift, but in the rear, axlewrap is almost guaranteed to be a problem. Sure you can build a traction bar, but really just running spring-under in the rear is way easier. It will work better and is less likely to cause damage. We’ve seen well-engineered traction bars tear tubes out of rear axles while trying to prevent axlewrap.
