AEV progressive coil springs and Bilstein reservoir gas shocks work together to give the JK better-than-stock performance. As we were keeping the OE front Rubicon Dana 44, reinforcement was necessary. Dakota Customs installed Synergy knuckle gussets, inner axle sleeve kit, ball joints, and a track bar/sector shaft brace kit. As the OE track bar hits on the sector shaft brace nut, we chose to install an adjustable JKS track bar. RCV CV axles with 300M inner shafts are extremely strong and allow smooth full lock turning.
