Out back, the stock Nissan axlehousing has been regeared using 5.57 gears sourced from an overseas-spec Nissan forward-cab stake bed truck. An ARB Air Locker ensures that both wheels get power on demand. The suspension consists of Rubicon Express 5½-inch-lift coil springs, Bilstein 5125 shocks, and a Rugged Rocks long-arm four-link system. This system includes Currie Johnny Joints on the link arms, a rear axle truss, and bracketry. This system moved the axle rearward 2½ inches. All of the link arms are made from 2-inch, 0.250-wall tubing.
