1946 Jeep CJ-2A & 1950 Jeep CJ-5 - Sideways Vintage EditionPosted in Features on June 1, 2006 0) (
It's not often we receive enough Vintage Edition material from one person to fill up the entire page, but Norm Sharpe of Glendale, Arizona, sent us a bunch of cool memories that you all should enjoy.
We encourage you to send in your old Jeep photos from the early '40s up to the late '70s. We're not quite interested in the '80s yet. The memories of valley-girl talk and New Wave music haven't stopped resonating enough to warrant it. Include as much information about each photo as possible, such as approximately when it was taken, any interesting stories, and so on.
However, please don't send us the originals. We'd rather have a good, high-quality reproduction, or digital scan to ensure your precious original remains unlost or undamaged. You can send your vintage pics to: Jp Magazine, Sideways Vintage Edition, 6420 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048, or e-mail them to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Sideways Vintage Edition," written in the subject line.
