This is Tarvin’s ’72 CJ-6 with a full Meyer’s hardtop. It followed Tarvin home one day. The previous owner had plans to cut it up and turn it into a buggy or something. Feature Editor, Simons, is desperately trying to talk Tarvin out of the rig since he currently doesn’t have much of a plan for it right now. Tarvin has a 304ci V-8 and a couple of transmissions sitting around that may one day find a home in the CJ-6. The front axle is a Dana 30 with six-bolt hubs and disc brakes. Out back resides a flanged Dana 44. Both have 3.73 gears and currently the Jeep is sitting on 33-inch rollers with 15x10 chromies.
