McGrath's Big Weekend
Maxxis' title-sponsored driver Jeremy McGrath earned his first win of the 2016 season. McGrath dominated Pro 2 at Round 6 of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS), held in Tooele, Utah.
No stranger to podiums in multiple racing disciplines (McGrath is in both the BMX and AMA Motocross Halls of Fame and is a seven-time AMA Supercross champion), McGrath started in the front position and didn't waste his opportunity, charging into the lead and holding it throughout the race, posting a final time of 14:45:251. It was a good weekend for McGrath as he also earned a Second Place in Round 5.
RCD Moving To Arizona
Race Car Dynamics (RCD) announced that it has relocated to Prescott Valley, Arizona. RCD is recognized for their line of suspension systems for GM, Ford, Toyota, and Jeep vehicles.
Jim Asbury, president of RCD commented, "While firmly entrenched in Southern California for years, we saw an opportunity for a more favorable business environment in Arizona." Race Car Dynamics has been in business since 2000, manufacturing and distributing all American made products. "We made a conscious decision to elevate our company's direction to directly compete with the overseas market, and this move was part of our overall strategy", Asbury stated.
The corporate name has changed to Race Car Dynamics of Arizona, Inc., and RCD's website is currently being revamped to reflect the new name and expanded product offerings.
