Jeep Salvage Yard - Finding All Things Jeep

Scrambling around to find sheetmetal and parts for Scrambled Adventurer wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I mentioned to a good friend that I was starting to gather all the necessary metal to complete the project's body, and I hadn't even gotten the words out of my mouth when he mentioned Build A Jeep in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The next thing I knew, all the body parts I needed for the Scrambler had arrived.

Build A Jeep is part of Klamath Auto Wreckers in Klamath Falls, Oregon. For over 50 years, the company has offered new and used automotive parts and great customer service. I am told that new salvage arrives almost daily, so Build A Jeep may be just the place for that hard-to-find Jeep part you have been looking for but haven't been able to locate anywhere else.

While speaking with Jason Hulbert over the phone at Build A Jeep about project Scrambled Adventurer, he just happened to rattle off a list of project vehicles he had lying around the yard. I have always been a sucker for classic vehicles. When he said "1967 Jeep Commando for cheap," I jumped on it - it's been awhile since I have been able to tinker with an old rig like this. Stay tuned, because in the coming months you'll start to see tech on this old classic.

The company has also recently ramped up its Jeep restoration and service department if you just so happen to be looking for a complete custom build, restoration, or collision repair. Build A Jeep's work carries a wide range of guarantees up to and including a lifetime warranty. All used parts are carefully removed from salvaged Jeeps and meticulously restored. If that isn't enough, the company is staffed by highly skilled employees willing to do what it takes to get you what you need.
