Since Silly Putty wasn't an option for reducing the holes in the frame back to their original 5/8-inch size, we needed a clean, strong way to get our dimensions back to the proper spec. Dixon Bros. offered a solution. Chrome-moly sleeving with a 5/8-inch inside diameter was chucked up in a lathe, and Aaron Dixon machined a step into the sleeving.
