The Twin Traction Beam front end for TrailRunner is different from every other version I've seen. Dana 35 inner housings will be spliced into Dana 44 outer housings. The splice will allow the Dana 44 knuckles to mount to the beam ends they were intended to mount to. There are ways of mounting Dana 44 knuckles onto Dana 35 Traction Beam housings, but the fit isn't ideal. This jig allows the hub and attached '44 outer housing end to be bolted directly to it. The vertical plate pivots to allow camber angle to be dialed in when the Traction Beam housings are spliced together. A single jig could have been used, but two were built so that the left- and right-side beams could be built and mocked up at the same time.
