Dodge Ram HD Pure Performance Triple Threat SuspensionPosted in How To on March 1, 2010 Comment (0)
The high-end Dodge suspension market has climaxed. Manufacturers have figured out most every way you can reasonably improve the '03-to'09 Dodge 2500/3500 suspension without going fully custom. In fact, we believe the only real battle left is to see who can give the most performance parts for the least amount of money. But Pure Performance might have just thrown down an ace card, as we don't think anyone can beat the value and performance that Pure Performance is offering in its new Dodge Triple Threat suspension. Coming in at around $1,500 from your local dealer, the Triple Threat kit is cheaper than most, and includes more parts than most other high-end Dodge kits. To top it off, the Pure kit offers 12 inches of travel front and rear-2 more than most other kits out there.
The Triple Threat includes four new control arms, new coils, a rear Deaver mini-pack, Bilstein 5100 shocks, a track bar bracket, and steering correction. If you're the type of guy that doesn't want to waste time piecing together your perfect suspension, then this is the kit for you.
We got the opportunity to install a new Triple Threat kit on a Dodge 3500 truck at Xtreme Unlimited in Oceano, California. Xtreme was able to get the kit on in less than half a day, and the performance improvement we immediately were delivered was well worth the money dropped on the kit.
