Mile Marker Locking Hubs - Going The Extra MilePosted in How To on June 1, 2010 Comment (0)
Some people like the idea of having the end hubs as the weak point and first thing to pop in the drivetrain, but we don't like pulling over to fix anything. We wanted some hubs that would hold up like our 35-spline chromoly axleshafts do.
We had never tried a set of Mile Marker's 35-spline Dana 60 hubs, but we had heard great things about their strength and wanted to check them out for ourselves. To date, the Mile Marker locking hubs on our front Dana 60 axle are still functioning well and haven't broken. We were a little worried since we've been running 47-inch tires so we haven't tried to go pound through too hardcore of a trail, but we've definitely been in the mud, through some trails, and on the gas a whole bunch
