4. You can replace a stock stud by starting it through the hole and then tightening it the rest of the way with the lug nut. The ARP studs are long enough to hit the brake dust shield when installing without removing the hub. To get around this, we trimmed the brake dust shield with a Dremel tool. This way, we can get the wheel studs into the hub without taking the hub off. As seen here, you'll need to remove the caliper for this installation.
