A good number of high-steer arms that bolt onto a knuckle can be purchased as blanks without holes for tie rod ends. This often makes the best sense when configuring a custom steering setup. It allows you to drill and ream holes in any size or direction, and locate them on the steering radius you need to accommodate your steering box and knuckle movement.
