Ford supplied upfitter switches and they're wired to relays and fuses from the factory, but the wires have to be accessed on the passenger side of the dash. Ford also supplied wires that pass through the firewall, but those need to be attached to the switch wires. Ford didn't supply any slack in these wires. It was hard to splice the wires inside the dash. The upfitter switches, relays, fuses, and pass-through wires are a thoughtful touch, but please, Ford, make those wires longer.
